Plant growth and development are orchestrated by a sophisticated network of hormones that regulate cellular division, elongation, differentiation, and responses to environmental stress. This narrative review synthesizes recent research on the roles of Auxins, Cytokinins and gibberellins in plant growth. Evidence from experimental and review studies highlights that hormones operate through interconnected signaling networks rather than in isolation, responding dynamically to internal and external cues. Exogenous applications of plant growth regulators reveal their impact on shoot and root architecture, seed germination, and stress resilience. Understanding these mechanisms provides valuable insights for crop improvement and sustainable agricultural practices.
