Abstract:

The research focused in general on the effects of integrating mobile learning on the effectiveness of training and skills development in small and medium-sized enterprises in Benin, especially in Cotonou. To do this, a mixed search was prized. The techniques used are the interview and the questionnaire. This research was addressed to 101 respondents grouping four target groups. Quantitative data is processed through KoboCollect and Excel software and information through content analysis. The interpretation and analysis of this data was done through the analysis model built from connectivism, the technological acceptance model and the PC usage model. The main results show that continuing training practices within small and medium-sized businesses in the city of Cotonou have remained traditional. Also, these results highlighted the factors that can promote the implementation of mobile learning in the training process of small and medium-sized enterprises. However, it should be noted that several obstacles make said implementation difficult, obstacles that must be overcome. Ultimately, complementarity between face-to-face training and mobile learning appears to be an effective means of developing skills and ensuring better performance of small and medium-sized enterprises.
